Started in 2007, Changing the Lives of children with autism is Maryland’s best autism waiver provider offering children and young adults personalized family counseling, intensive individual support services, respite care, adult life planning, self-directed services and therapeutic integrations through Camp Connections. With over 20+ years experience, owner and director Noelle Dormant M. Ed., and qualified staff are dedicated to the developmental progress of children and young adults. They have served more than 150 families through their services in the past years.

Therapeutic Integration​s

We offer seasonal camps that run during school breaks, Saturday TI programs and aftercare programs. 

Family Consulting

These dedicated professionals will support families in developing and implementing comprehensive treatments.

Intensive Individual Support Services (IISS)

1:1 technicians work to implement treatment plan goals with your family.

Respite Care

Services include supervision and assistance with daily living activities due to absence or need for relief for family members and guardians.

Adult Life Planning (ALP) Services

Expert guidance for the transitioning youth preparing for life as an adult.

Self-Directed Services

CLCA is a vendor for SDS services, personal supports, community development services and respite care.
