Brittany and Noelle were neighbors and friends first, and in 2008 as Noelle’s young business grew, she was welcomed in as an Administrative and Personal Assistant to Noelle. As she became knowledgeable of the business and Waiver Program, Brittany quickly took on new roles encompassing all aspects of Human Resources; from sourcing and recruiting, to hiring and staffing, to payroll and reporting. Brittany thoughtfully listens to our families’ needs and desired end goals for their child, and works with them to find the best team of service providers to make these achievements possible.
